In my job I have to read and confirm (by signing) each "exit interview." Similar to what you're talking about. It is really helpful when an asociate describes in detail what it is they are talking about. It's okay to trash talk and vent...it's actually expected to a point, but it's also helpful to an organization to know specifics. That way they can fix certain problems or at least conduct some sort of investigation, or possibly change policy. You should have let them know exactly why they were a "circus" and what you meant. That way, in the future nobody has to endure what you did. Just a thought. Sorry about losing your job. But of it's as bad as you say then I'm sure you'll be a lot happier now. Good luck job hunting.
